80 € / night – base price for 2 guests
(summer holidays, Easter & New Year’s Eve)
+ 10 € / person / night for each additional guest over 5 years

Final cleaning
To keep things simple and fair for everyone, final cleaning after your stay can be handled in two ways – the choice is entirely yours 😊
🧹 Option 1: Professional cleaning
After your stay, the apartment can be cleaned by an external professional cleaning service and prepared for the next guests.
Indicative breakdown:
- Bedroom 1 (25 m²): 20 €
- Bedroom 2 (20 m²): 18 €
- Bedroom 3 (15 m²): 15 €
- Kitchen (25 m²): 25 €
- Bathroom + WC: 20 €
- Hallway & common areas: 12 €
- Linen, final check: 10 €
Total: approx. 120 € per stay
(Window and balcony door cleaning is not included and is handled regularly as part of seasonal maintenance.)
🧼 Option 2: Self-cleaning
If you prefer, you are welcome to clean the apartment yourselves by following a short instruction video, which clearly shows what needs to be done to prepare the apartment for the next stay.
👉 In this case, no final cleaning fee is charged.
We expect a normal, careful cleaning (the way you would like to receive the apartment yourselves), not a professional deep cleaning.

- do not leave food in the fridge
- wash used dishes
